Lund University and Uppsala University have published tuition fee levels for studying, as an international student, with them from 2011 onwards.
Lund University has confirmed tuition fees as being between 10 000 to 15 000 EURO a year, or 12 000 to 19 000 US Dollars.

As far as I know, some Finnish Universities and most Norwegian Universities do not charge tuition fees. Fees in other European countries can also be very low for international students.

Hi, thanks for your comment. I suggest you check out the studyinsweden.se website; they link to all universities and programmes, so you’ll get a good idea of costs. As far as I’m aware, most universities are charging similar amounts.

Hi Daniel – Sorry it took me a little while to give you an answer. The costs for a master degree will vary between different universities and degrees. I suggest that you identify the degree you are interested in studying and then, from the university’s website, find the cost. There’s an excellent degree finder tool at http://www.studyinsweden.se.
